Shipping Infomation...
- We offer FREE shipping on all orders - Estimated 3-4 days from dispatch
- Orders over £100 qualifies for Premium Delivery - 2-3 days from dispatch (select at checkout)
- Next Day Delivery - Place your order before 2pm Monday - Friday £6.99
Please note our dispatch time is around 1 day unless next day delivery. We use FedEx and or Royal Mail Tracked services *Delivery days are Monday to Friday only - NO weekend delivery’s options currently available *
I'm having a problem with a Steepletone product, what do I do?
If you're having a problem with an item not working or you're unsure of how it works, then give our technical team a call on the number above and they will be glad to help and talk you though how to work your item. Please always quote your model number/name
My Steepletone item arrived damaged, or I no longer want the item, who do I talk to?
If your product has arrived broken, damaged or you no longer want the item,
you need to get in contact with our team with your SD order number . However if
you didn’t buy the item from us directly please get in touch with the retailer
who you purchased the item from.
Do I get a guarantee with my Steepletone product?
Yes, all items are guaranteed for 1 Year as standard with most products having the option to extend this if you wish (at a cost). Inside the box of your Steepletone product you will find a small form to fill out and return to register your free 1 year guarantee and extended warranty, or fill out the form on our website.
If my Steepletone is out of Warranty, can I still get it repaired?
Yes, we are one of the few company who still offer a repair service for products that are old or items out of warranty that you still want to get working. Please contact our service team and they will provide a quote for the cost of your repair.
Can I bring my item in personally for repair instead of sending it via courtier?
We do allow customers to personally bring their product into our repair centre but please call us before you intended to travel to ensure we have a booking slot for your item. If you turn up without a booking we can't guarantee we will be able to accept your item that day and you may be turned away.
Do you have a showroom open to the public?
No we don't have a show room that is open to the public to view our product range, but if you do want to see a product physically before purchasing it then please contact us and we will try to find your local Steepletone stockist.
Where can I buy Steepletone products?
You are now able to purchase directly from us the manufacture now or from
one of our amazing stockist and retailers online and instore!
