SECTION 21 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope that you love your purchase from Steepletone UK LTD but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a returns and refund policy in accordance with the following terms:
• Eligibility for Return
o You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging and condition.
o Certain products, including All Personalised goods, are excluded from our return policy.
o All returned items must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
• How to Process a Return
o To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@steepletone.com within 14 days of receipt. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
o We will only provide you with a free return shipping label if your item is damaged or faulty. Will be responsible for shipping costs for all other reasons.
• Refunds
o Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
o Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
o Please note that the shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
• Exchanges
o If you would prefer to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.
o In cases where the returned item is faulty or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
